All Digital Products are delivered electronically. No physical product will be shipped to you.
2.1 License Granted
Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to:
Download and print the Digital Product for your own personal or household use.
Print multiple copies for use within your immediate family or household.
2.2 Restrictions
You may NOT:
Resell, redistribute, share, or transfer the Digital Product (in whole or in part) to any third party, whether for free or for payment.
Upload the Digital Product (or any of its contents) to any file-sharing site, public drive, social media platform, or other platform where it could be accessed or downloaded by others.
Claim the Digital Product, or any derivative of it, as your own original work.
Use the Digital Product for commercial purposes, including but not limited to selling printed copies, incorporating it into a product you sell, or using it in paid services for clients, without our express written permission.
Modify, adapt, or create derivative works for resale or redistribution.
All content, designs, layouts, graphics, and text within our Digital Products remain the intellectual property of Mama Bloom Co and are protected under applicable copyright laws. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.
3. Payments & Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices on our Products at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been completed.
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors (such as Gumroad, Payhip, Stripe, or PayPal). Mama Bloom Co does not store or have access to your full payment card details.
You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees that may apply to your purchase based on your location.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the digital and downloadable nature of our Products, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Because Digital Products are delivered instantly and can be downloaded, copied, and used immediately upon purchase, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been completed, except where required by law.

4.2 Exceptions
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you experience any of the following issues, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at the email address listed below, and we will do our best to resolve the issue (which may include providing a corrected file, a replacement download link, or, at our discretion, a refund):
You did not receive a working download link or access to your purchased file due to a technical error on our end
The file you received is corrupted, incomplete, or significantly different from the product as described and advertised
You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate transaction)
To request assistance, please email us with your order number, the email address used at checkout, and a description of the issue. We aim to respond to all support requests within 2–3 business days.
4.3 Your Legal Rights
